Job summary

Vantive is seeking an APAC Transformation Lead to drive regional strategic projects, delivering disciplined governance, PMO cadence, and change management across ANZ/APAC. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong PMO discipline, stakeholder engagement and ability to influence decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Hybrid work is offered in Sydney.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Change Management, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
  • Project management or change management certs (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci) desirable.
  • Experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain, operations, or business improvement programs.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Establish regional PMO rhythm for strategic projects with governance, plans, and milestone reporting.
  • Coordinate transformation workstreams across Supply Chain and related functions with clear priorities and ownership.
  • Develop high-quality executive reporting for leadership forums and risk/issue tracking.
  • Lead change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measures.
  • Support organisational design activities and transition planning for transformation.
  • Foster regional learning communities to accelerate adoption of new ways of working.
  • Create clear communications for leadership groups and impacted teams.
  • Identify and manage transformation risks, issues, and dependencies.

Position: APAC Transformation Lead (Strategic Projects)
Office Location: Vantive Head Office, VicX, North Sydney
Report: Senior Director, APAC Supply Chain and Logistics (Based in Sydney)
Visa Condition: Must have valid working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Job Scope: Lead the regional delivery of strategic commercial projects, providing disciplined transformation leadership across program governance, PMO cadence, change management, communications, executive reporting and risk management to enable sustainable operational and commercial improvement across ANZ/APAC. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional workstream owners to ensure transformation priorities are clearly defined, well governed, aligned to business objectives and delivered with pace, accountability and measurable impact.

Work Arrangement: Intentional Hybrid (3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain the regional PMO rhythm for strategic commercial projects, including integrated plans, governance forums, action registers, decision logs, dependency tracking and milestone reporting.

  • Coordinate transformation workstreams across Supply Chain and related functions, ensuring priorities, owners, timelines and deliverables are clear and actively managed.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality executive reporting for the Senior Director, Supply Chain and regional leadership forums, including status updates, risks, issues, decisions required, benefits tracking and progress against agreed outcomes.

  • Lead change management planning and execution, including stakeholder impact assessments, engagement plans, readiness activities, adoption measures and reinforcement mechanisms.

  • Support organisational design activities associated with transformation, including role clarity, job description development, capability frameworks, ways of working, governance alignment and transition planning.

  • Foster communities of learning and practice across the region to share knowledge, build capability, accelerate adoption and embed consistent transformation ways of working.

  • Create clear, timely and audience-appropriate communications to build understanding, alignment and momentum across impacted teams and leadership groups.

  • Identify, assess and actively manage transformation risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating matters appropriately with recommended options and mitigation plans.

  • Facilitate effective governance meetings, preparing agendas, pre-read materials, decision papers, action summaries and follow-up tracking.

  • Support benefits realisation by translating transformation objectives into measurable outcomes, tracking progress and identifying barriers to delivery.

  • Build strong working relationships with regional and functional stakeholders, promoting disciplined execution, constructive challenge and a collaborative transformation culture.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Change Management, Communications or a related discipline preferred.

  • Project management, change management or continuous improvement certification desirable, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or Prosci.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex regional transformation, PMO, supply chain, operations or business improvement programs.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, preparing executive-level reporting and influencing decision-making across functions.

  • Proven capability in change management, organisational design, stakeholder engagement, communications planning and risk/issue management within dynamic business environments.

  • Experience developing or supporting job descriptions, capability frameworks, role design, operating model changes or transition plans desirable.

Skills
  • Strong PMO discipline, including planning, governance, reporting, RAID management, action tracking and benefits monitoring.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation activity into clear messages for executive, operational and cross-functional audiences.

  • Ability to translate organisational design requirements into practical role documentation, capability frameworks, transition materials and adoption plans.

  • Ability to establish and nurture regional communities of learning and practice that build capability, encourage knowledge sharing and support sustained adoption of new ways of working.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities, ambiguity and fast-moving workstreams.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and project/reporting tools.

  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving and influencing skills.
