Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Sourcing Recruiter to build and maintain a talent pipeline for the APAC region. You will partner with the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition to understand needs, proactively attract candidates, and present diverse, qualified shortlists for hiring managers.

You bring 3-5 years of sourcing experience, English fluency, and a proactive, structured approach to workload while engaging across sales, tech, and corporate functions in a dynamic Hitachi

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and attracting talent across the APAC region.
• English fluency required.
• Flexibility to support multiple business functions (sales, tech, corporate).
