Job summary

Bupa in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Execution & Roadmapping to translate strategy into action across the APAC region. You will steer enterprise-wide roadmaps, portfolio planning, delivery tracking and governance, partnering with senior leaders across strategy, transformation, finance and technology.

This highly visible role requires steering complex programmes, managing risks, and ensuring outcomes align with enterprise priorities, while working in a flexible hybrid setup

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of enterprise strategic roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day APAC strategic portfolio management, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Support annual and quarterly portfolio planning to optimise investment and delivery sequencing.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure programs align with enterprise priorities and capacity.
• Develop and maintain portfolio governance, reporting frameworks and accountability.
• Coordinate senior leader reporting, reviews and governance forums with timely insights.
