Job summary

Lincoln Place is seeking a Sales Representative in Queensland to drive sales targets for our lifestyle estates. You will guide pricing decisions, provide expert guidance on home designs, and manage contracts and settlements, while maintaining Salesforce records and building strong internal relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, a goal-oriented mindset, and experience in residential sales or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales, especially within residential, real estate, retirement or off-the-plan sectors.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence to our future and current customers
• Have a deep level of knowledge of product, inclusions, loan lease living, contracts and sales processes
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and accuracy for all customer interactions, sales activities, forms and processes
• Manage leads by meeting business expectations around lead contacts, data collection, lead follow up and appointment management
• Manage contracts by ensuring all information is correct, customers understand the contract process, and Salesforce is kept up to date on customers’ ability to settle
• Manage settlements by ensuring customers are prepared, the contracts team has accurate information, and handover to the community team is seamless
• Maintain strong relationships with development, construction and community management teams to build a strong team culture and support information sharing on customer timeframes and issues
• Maintain positive relationships with local area agents and key community groups to seek opportunities for engagement, referrals and promotions
• Follow all sales processes and provide feedback to the EGM of Sales on improvements
• Recommend, attend and host sales events and be a positive ambassador for the project and your customers
• Provide expert advice and guidance back to the business on home designs, inclusion levels and product demand
• Maintain the display suite to the highest standard of presentation and ensure information displayed or provided is accurate
