Job summary

RINA is recruiting an APAC Renewables Engineering Project Manager for our Sydney office. You will lead complex engineering projects across the APAC renewables portfolio, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule and budget while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering or technical roles in renewables, a PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) and exposure to Agile/Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in engineering or technical roles in renewables.
• Certified PM preferred (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Familiar with Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Experience with contracts and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan with scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Adjust plans to changes in scope or timeline and inform stakeholders.
• Ensure activities comply with client contracts and manage amendments.
• Serve as main client contact and provide regular status updates.
• Lead project engineers and discipline leaders to balance workloads.
• Monitor budget and forecast variances; report to stakeholders.
• Develop risk management plans and mitigate risks.
• Oversee QA and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Maintain project documentation and final reports.
