Job summary

Crawco is seeking a Senior Manager - Regulatory Compliance (APAC) to lead regulatory excellence across Australia and Asia in a high-impact enterprise role. The position reports to global compliance leadership and requires strong governance, risk oversight, and strategic advisory capabilities.

Based in Sydney with flexibility for Melbourne or Adelaide, you will drive the compliance framework, partner with senior executives, and uphold a culture of integrity across APAC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or insurance.
• Proven ability to lead across APAC with regional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF and prudential regulation.
• Deep understanding of AUSTRAC, ASIC, APRA requirements.
• Track record influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC compliance framework and align with regulatory requirements.
• Provide independent, strategic compliance advice to regional leadership.
• Act as AML/CTF Compliance Officer overseeing financial crime risk.
• Fulfil AFSL Responsible Manager obligations including breach and ASIC compliance.
• Oversee WHS governance and enterprise risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory change and advise on emerging risks.
• Drive governance improvements with key functions.
• Lead compliance training, reporting and continuous improvement.
