Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Sydney to support APAC payment and FX derivatives compliance across ASIC, MAS, and FMA frameworks. You will work with the Regulatory team to ensure ongoing regulatory reporting, risk oversight, and the embedding of compliance into cross-functional business practices.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience or internship in regulatory compliance, financial services, or legal support within an Australian financial institution.
• Foundational knowledge of Australian regulatory obligations, particularly those set by ASIC.
• Exposure to FX derivative products and reporting regimes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist regulatory interactions with ASIC, FMA, MAS and other APAC regulators.
• Support timely submission of regulatory reports, including breach and derivative transaction reports.
• Maintain oversight programs and internal compliance frameworks safeguarding client money.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to embed regulatory requirements in business practices.
• Assist with training initiatives and monitoring of regulatory changes for the APAC region.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including updating risk registers and incident reporting.
• Perform other compliance-related tasks as directed by senior compliance managers.
• Participate in cross-border regulatory projects as needed.
