Job summary

Corpay is seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to strengthen our compliance framework across APAC, with emphasis on ASIC and MAS obligations in cross-border payments and FX. The role requires translating complex regulatory requirements into practical controls and governance across AU and SG entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within cross-border payments and related financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of MAS and ASIC regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating regulatory obligations into operational controls and processes.
• Strong policy drafting and regulatory writing skills.
• Ability to engage with regulators and respond to regulatory reviews.
• Experience across AU and SG jurisdictions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Advisory & Interpretation: act as SME on MAS and ASIC requirements; provide technical regulatory guidance to business, product, operations and risk teams; interpret new/regulatory changes and assess impact; draft gap analyses and implementation plans.
• Regulatory Framework & Governance: maintain and enhance compliance frameworks across AU/SG entities; develop/update policies; ensure regulatory obligation registers are accurate; support board reporting on regulatory risk.
• Product & Change Advisory: review new product proposals (FX, payment solutions); provide compliance input on licensing perimeter; assess conduct, disclosure and client classification implications; support regulatory impact assessments.
• Regulatory Engagement: support interactions with MAS/ASIC; assist in regulatory submissions and breach notifications; monitor enforcement trends and developments.
• Monitoring & Assurance: design or enhance monitoring programs; support second-line reviews and thematic testing; identify weaknesses and propose remediation actions.
