Job summary

Corpay Cross-Border is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support APAC payment and FX derivatives operations. You will assist with regulatory interactions and reporting under ASIC, MAS, and FMA, help maintain compliance frameworks, and collaborate across Legal, Sales, Finance, and IT to embed regulatory requirements into daily practices.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Australian regulatory obligations, particularly ASIC and the Corporations Act.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and breach/derivative reporting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with FX derivative products and related reporting regimes is desirable.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory interactions across APAC (ASIC, FMA, MAS).
• Support timely submission of regulatory reports, including breach and derivative transaction reports.
• Maintain oversight programs and internal compliance frameworks for client money safeguarding.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT to embed regulatory requirements in business practices.
• Support risk management processes, including risk registers and incident reporting.
• Assist in training and monitoring regulatory changes affecting APAC business.
