Lighthouse seeks an experienced APAC Sales Leader to run our APAC sales team and own quota attainment in a high-growth SaaS environment. This player-coach role involves building plans, inspecting pipeline, and coaching reps to win.

You’ll leverage Lighthouse’s modern revenue stack and an AI-enabled enablement, pre-sales, and coaching agents to focus on coaching, deal strategy, and building a high-performing team. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales operations is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in sales leadership, managing multi-rep teams.
• Proven track record hitting quota and forecast accuracy.
• Experience with SaaS and hospitality domain is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and complex deals.

• Lead APAC sales team to meet and exceed quota.
• Coach reps, build plans, and manage pipeline and forecast.
