Anthropic in Sydney is hiring its first Sydney-based Product Support Specialist to grow our global presence and champion our support brand. You’ll respond to user needs, investigate issues, and help scale our support operations.

The role requires on‑site presence during hybrid hours, with 12pm–8pm shifts Monday to Friday to cover APAC time zones. You will collaborate with engineers and other teams to diagnose issues, drive improvements, and reduce contact rates, while delivering high‑touch,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience delivering technical product support in second-tier or escalation environments.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical SaaS products; ability to read technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in Anthropic products.
• Respond to user support cases from billing questions to API debugging for large businesses.
• Communicate clearly with diverse user personas and manage high-touch support at scale.
• Coordinate on-call tasks during APAC hours to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to diagnose and resolve user issues.
