Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Product & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to support partnership development and market analysis across APAC. Based in Australia with flexible working arrangements, you will collaborate with Global Product teams, regional sales and marketing partners, and business stakeholders to translate product strategy into regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, product marketing, account management, business development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Basic commercial understanding—contracts, revenue, and market opportunity
• Experience using data to support decisions and prepare reports
• Interest in APAC markets; eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Research market opportunities and prepare market summaries and competitive intelligence reports.
• Identify partnership opportunities and surface gaps for regional expansion.
• Support decision-making by compiling market data and regulatory updates for leadership.
• Translate APAC business requirements to Global Product teams and align regional priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
• Assist in managing partnerships, track renewals, and surface opportunities to strengthen collaborations.
• Support product launches and go-to-market planning with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Develop dashboards and updates to track partnership performance and forecast business planning.
