Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Product & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to help grow partnerships across APAC from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane with flexible work arrangements. You’ll support market analysis, partnerships development, and go-to-market initiatives to bring TELUS Health solutions to providers and employers in the region.

You will learn to translate regional opportunities into global product strategy, coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and product teams, and help shape

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, product marketing, account management, business development, or related field.
• Strong ability to manage relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of commercial concepts such as contracts, revenue and market opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Research market opportunities across APAC to identify regional partnerships and inform product positioning.
• Identify partnership opportunities and surface gaps for regional expansion.
• Support decision-making by compiling market data, regulatory updates, and competitive insights.
• Translate APAC requirements to Global Product teams and align regional priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
• Support partnership development, negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Prepare for product launches and go-to-market planning for APAC markets.
• Track partnership revenue, performance metrics, and forecast through dashboards and reports.
