Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in Management Consulting / Procurement Operations with transformation focus.
• Experience building or improving processes for efficiency, scalability across regions.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools to work more efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity; impact on reporting and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC Operations - end-to-end oversight of APAC R2P: PO health, requisitions, approvals, invoice reconciliation, and exception management.
• Be the local face of Procurement for APAC stakeholders; drive adoption, embed new ways of working, and serve as main contact for purchase processes.
• Adopt Automation & AI in Local Operations; use AI/automation to improve efficiency and contribute to global AI-First R2P initiatives; experiment with new tools locally.
