Job summary

Prophet is seeking a Customer Architect to own onboarding end-to-end for 6–8 concurrent onboardings across APAC. You’ll coordinate across Data Science, Platform, and Customer Success to build data foundations, establish data confidence, and ensure the first model is trusted by customers.

You’ll engage with regional marketing teams, agencies, and headquarters stakeholders, translating business questions into decision-science use cases on Prophet, while setting scalable onboarding playbooks and

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or consulting in SaaS/martech.
• Experience coordinating across data science, platform, and customer success teams.
• Experience with enterprise Australia/Southeast Asia markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end from kick-off to model deployment.
• Coordinate data collection across marketing spend, media exposure, and commercial sources.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders; provide regular written updates and action tracking.
• Translate business questions into decision-science use cases on Prophet.
• Document playbooks and refine onboarding processes for APAC regions.
• Transition customers to ongoing Customer Success with full context.
