Job summary

Clio is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead APAC customers through their first 90 days, overseeing kickoff, data migration, and configuration. You will train teams until product usage becomes routine, balancing technical troubleshooting with customer relationship skills.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and Enablement to ensure fast adoption, manage multiple cases, and maintain healthy accounts while driving value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer’s first 90 days, including kickoff, data migration, account configuration, and training.
• Troubleshoot stalled data imports and advocate for the customer’s adoption of Clio’s products.
• Collaborate with Sales and Enablement to ensure smooth transition into product usage and value realization.
• Manage multiple client cases with timelines and KPIs, maintaining account health and reducing churn.
