Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Markets Product Controller Associate to support P&L, balance sheet, and month-end close processes across APAC, with focus on Rates and risk validation. You will interact with trading desks, middle office, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of P&L reporting, risk concepts, and functional fluency with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Control or similar role in Markets.
• 3+ years on P&L reporting under Volcker rule and FX exposure management.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle from booking to GL.
• Ability to work under pressure and with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel/DB skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee daily P&L and Risk for APAC Rates desk.
• Provide commentary on back testing results and ensuing risk insights.
• Perform month-end close with coordination across control groups.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly risk and P&L commentary to management.
• Review quarterly US external reporting inputs and GAAP linkages.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Technology and Finance teams across regions.
