Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Marketing Operations leader for APAC, driving demand growth and pipeline across multiple markets. You will partner with regional leaders, optimize budget cycles, and implement AI-enabled processes to scale operations in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment.

The role requires deep experience in marketing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong command of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce; MBA is a plus.
• Experience across multiple APAC markets in dynamic environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and governance capabilities.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS/enterprise marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing operations strategy for an APAC portfolio.
• Advise on planning, budgeting, rhythm of business, and process automation.
• Develop and optimize marketing activities to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Directors, Global MOps, and Sales teams.
• Forecast, measure, and report on programs against KPIs/OKRs.
• Provide data-driven insights for QBRs and pipeline reviews.
• Create scalable templates and playbooks for multi-market expansion.
