Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) is seeking a Marketing Intern APAC to support the marketing team across APAC markets, including Vietnam, with social media, events, and admin tasks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support social media management, including coordinating design/content and engagement.
• Assist in APAC and VN marketing project management and daily tasks.
• Help deploy brand campaigns and ensure alignment with global guidelines.
• Prepare advertising/promotional materials (signages, apparel, brochures).
• Coordinate logistics for promotional activities, trade shows, and events with vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks: update spreadsheets, manage inventories, file marketing materials.

Overview / Description

Our Marketing Intern (APAC) will provide support to the marketing department and teams by assisting in on-going projects such as social media management, events management and other similar activities, as well as handling daily responsibilities including but not limited to administrative and other clerical tasks, mainly focusing on Vietnam market and other markets without Marketing team e.g. India, Aus/NZ, North Asia (JP, KR, TW) and Thailand, among others.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support social media management including but not limited to coordinating design and content, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Support project organizing/management tasks and execution of daily responsibilities for APAC and VN Marketing.
• Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure brand visibility execution abides by global brand guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of advertising and promotional materials, including signages, apparel, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Support the planning, preparation, coordination, and logistics of promotional activities, seminars, trade shows, and other small-scale events, including coordination with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of marketing requirements.
• Administrative tasks such as but not limited to updating spreadsheets and databases; maintaining and monitoring inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional materials; and preparing, distributing, organizing, and filing marketing materials, reports, and related documents.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• Graduate / graduating in Marketing, Business Management or similar relevant field.

Experience

• Prior internship experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in animal industry is a plus.
• Social media management / digital marketing.

Skills

• Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.
• Administrative, clerical, and data management/record-keeping skills.
• Highly autonomous while being collaborative and an excellent team player.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
