Aufgaben

• Support in-market supply chain nodes from material pickup to end-customer delivery.
• Handle day-to-day order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with 3PL/LSP partners.
• Assist with LSP operations, GDP requirements, and review of SOPs and operations manuals.
• Maintain adherence to SLAs and ensure goods flow across lanes or nodes.
• Manage purchase orders, accruals, and LSP invoice audits; help resolve cost variations.
• Escalate complex issues; support corrective and preventive actions and reverse logistics.
