Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Head of Customer Success, APAC to build and lead our CS function across Asia Pacific. You will scale a team of managers and CSMs, align APAC priorities with global CS, and localise programs across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and ANZ.

You will own CS outcomes, hire and coach leaders, collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering, and shape scalable processes across APAC time zones to support growth and enterprise adoption of Claude.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in management consulting, tech consulting, or customer-facing advisory roles.
• Experience building and leading multi-market CS/Technical Success organisations.
• Proven ability to scale CS teams across APAC in enterprise software, SaaS or AI/ML.
• Ability to balance global alignment with regional localisation across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-layered CS organisation across APAC.
• Define and execute the APAC CS strategy with global CS leadership.
• Own CS outcomes: health, retention, expansion, satisfaction across APAC accounts.
• Hire, develop and coach CS managers and ICs across diverse geographies.
• Partner with global CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering to voice APAC needs.
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and cadences across APAC time zones.
• Engage senior stakeholders in executive engagements, QBRs, and strategic discussions.
• Build relationships with APAC partners and SI ecosystems.
• Contribute APAC perspective to global CS strategy and prioritisation.
• Shape AI deployment with customers respecting APAC regulations.
