Fever is expanding its Marketing & Growth team in Melbourne, Australia, to drive APAC growth with a data-driven approach. You will manage projects within our APAC growth squad, scaling our live entertainment model across the region and partnering with multiple departments to maximize impact.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong communication, with English fluency required and additional languages encouraged. Hybrid work with a central Melbourne office is offered.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy.
• Experience in strategy consulting, startups, or banking is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish/Korean/Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Growth: Drive Fever's business plan in Asia-Pacific (APAC).
• Strategic support: Define and support projects shaping Fever's future in live entertainment.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Advise partners using Fever's data and marketing tech insights.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work with teams across up to 40 countries on global growth initiatives.
