Job summary

Light & Wonder’s Gaming Division is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst FPA - APAC to drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the APAC region. You will partner with cross-functional teams and manage large datasets and Excel models, including AI-enabled analysis, in a fast-paced, ASX-listed environment.

You will contribute to margin analysis, price list reviews, procurement savings and KPI reporting, while advancing automation and standardization across international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor within a large matrix organization.
• Experience in financial planning and reporting at a market or business unit level.
• Strong analytic mindset with data-driven decision support.
• Confident communication to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Senior Commercial Manager -ANZ in delivering annual budgets, multi-year plans and monthly forecasts.
• Delivers the monthly reporting suite for regional leadership teams.
• Coordinates and reports KPIs across International regions.
• Provides commercial support to regional operations and supports supply, demand, inventory and month-end reporting.
• Models commercial outcomes including gross margin analysis, price list analysis and procurement savings opportunities.
• Champions process improvement and automation of finance processes.
• Brings together financial and non-financial information to enable decision-making.
