This role partners with APAC senior management, drives planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, and provides financial leadership to support strategic decisions. You will mentor the finance team and align with Kent Worldwide Values to sustain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead core finance and accounting for APAC business units.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and external regulations.
• Provide financial leadership through business partnering and decision support.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Develop and enhance financial systems and internal controls.
• Coach and develop finance team in line with Kent Worldwide Values.
