Job summary

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex operational and technology projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, partners and business.

You’ll work across multiple functions to initiate, deliver and realise benefits from projects, partnering with Technology, Operations, Commercial and network

Qualifications

• Five+ years delivering complex projects across cross-functional environments.
• Experience with operational and technical delivery teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, governance and risk management.
• Knowledge of agile, lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience partnering with Product and Technology on system delivery and integration.
• Transport, logistics or mobility sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams with scope and budget control.
• Establish governance, risk management, reporting, gate reviews and steering committee engagement.
• Coordinate deployment activities, including systems integration and change implementation.
• Manage external partners and vendors to meet milestones and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to deliver system changes and testing.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Legal and Finance.
• Develop contingency plans and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Track benefits and outcomes against business cases and objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on progress and performance.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve defined outcomes.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex operational and technology projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, partners and business.

Working across multiple business functions, you'll be responsible for delivering strategic projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation. Partnering with Technology, Operations, Commercial and network stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes while supporting long‑term business growth and sustainability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets and key dependencies across multiple workstreams.


• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including risk management, reporting, gate reviews and steering committee engagement.


• Coordinate operational and technology deployment activities, including systems integration, business readiness and change implementation.


• Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery milestones, dependencies and issues are effectively managed.


• Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to deliver system changes, testing and implementation activities.


• Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Legal and Finance to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.


• Develop contingency plans, manage risks and provide recommendations to support informed decision‑making.


• Track project benefits and outcomes against approved business cases and operational objectives.


• Provide executive‑level reporting and insights on project progress, risks and performance.


• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams to achieve agreed outcomes.

About You

You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Technology or a related discipline.


• PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management certification (highly desirable).


• At least five years' experience delivering complex projects across cross‑functional environments.


• Experience working with operational and technical delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.


• Strong project planning, scheduling, governance and risk management capability.


• An understanding of agile principles, lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.


• Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams on system delivery and integration initiatives.


• Experience within transport, logistics or mobility sectors will be highly regarded.
