Avis Budget Group is hiring at the Cairns Airport location. This casual Customer Service Representative role offers 3-4 days per week with full training provided, and the chance to be part of a global mobility solutions leader.

You will interact with customers at the rental counter, handle bookings, and respond to general inquiries. The role emphasizes fast-paced service, accuracy, and friendly support for guests.

Formación

• Must have a full Australian driver's licence.
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening.
• Review in detail ABG's various add on’s and services to determine what may best suit the customer.
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
• Answering customer questions and inquiries.
