Job summary

Clio is hiring its first Legal Architect for Enterprise in APAC. You will help leading firms and in-house legal teams adopt AI across complex workflows, research, drafting, and analysis. You’ll define how this function operates in APAC and build scalable playbooks for the region.

You will lead region-specific client engagement, pilot design, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams to deliver measurable improvements and successful AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practise in an Australian jurisdiction and PQE 3+ years at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and processes shaping technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engage with region's leading law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Lead consultative discussions and demos of Clio's AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and guide AI adoption journeys.
• Design high-impact pilots and ensure measurable outcomes in targeted practice areas.
• Define what a great pilot looks like and the value it delivers.
