Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Partner to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled business transformation opportunities across the APAC region. The role embeds within functions, partnering with leaders to drive improvements through AI, process redesign and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or consulting initiatives.
• Strong process design and process architecture capability.
• Experience analysing and redesigning workflows and operating models.
• Knowledge of BPMN or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project, program or change management experience.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a solution-oriented approach.
• Self-starter who is motivated and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI transformation opportunities by partnering with leaders to understand priorities and opportunities.
• Analyse end-to-end workflows to find AI augmentation or redesign opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and build a pipeline of APAC AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technology, data, delivery and operations teams.
• Support vendor evaluations and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, compliance and risk.
