Job summary

Haast Pty in Sydney is seeking an AI Implementation Strategist to shape how AI is deployed inside global enterprises. You will lead end-to-end implementations, deconstruct legal workflows, and translate complex documents into actionable AI logic.

You’ll work with senior legal and compliance stakeholders, build scalable playbooks, and feed insights back to product and engineering to drive Haast's roadmap. This is a Sydney-based hybrid role with remote-first options for applicants aligned to

Qualifications

• Background in law, compliance, or regulatory advisory is advantageous.
• Experience implementing SaaS or AI products; not just using them.
• Ability to communicate with senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end from onboarding to rollout.
• Deconstruct enterprise legal workflows and identify where AI can help.
• Translate complex legal documents into structured AI-friendly logic.
• Help users understand, trust, and master the platform.
• Troubleshoot blockers and find clear paths through them.
• Feed live customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape Haast's roadmap.
• Build repeatable playbooks as we scale Haast globally.
