Job summary

Lush is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for APAC to bridge APAC operations and digital platforms. You will translate visions into detailed plans for dev teams, covering ecommerce, loyalty, POS, stock, and internal tooling.

The role combines technical mastery with strong communication and project management across regions including UK, Europe and North America. You will work hands-on with platforms, data testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration, enabling efficient changes and

Qualifications

• Experience defining solutions within a technical development environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring, testing and troubleshooting digital platforms and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work professionally with engineers, international teams and subject matter experts.
• Experience liaising with and managing internal and external stakeholders.
• A highly organised, logical and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise competing work.
• Able to work well with a team spread across countries and time zones, hosting and joining online calls.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Digital leadership, stakeholders and developers to bring vision to reality.
• Work with stakeholders across our APAC markets to determine requirements for changes to legal, financial, technical and operational processes.
• Create, manage and maintain detailed tickets of work for our development teams.
• Capture, analyse and document requirements, then support communication and delivery.
• Assess how new features and products will affect our systems, processes and data, both local and global.
• Carry out cost-benefit analysis, including the associated risks.
• Support administration and configuration of platforms.
• Test changes before they go live, and look into issues before escalation.
• Identify where we can use existing systems and features before building something new.
