Job summary

Mission Critical Recruitment seeks an electrical specialist to oversee a portfolio of data centre facilities across APAC, based in Sydney or Singapore. You will lead a team of seven and act as the linchpin between design, operations, commissioning and construction of hyperscale data centres.

You will participate in design reviews, assess existing operations holistically from an electrical perspective, perform root cause analysis, steer vendor selection, and set maintenance and operational

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Experience in complex, power-heavy environments, large-scale data centres preferred.
• Knowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities, commissioning and design.
• Willingness to travel across APAC (~20%).
• Strong leadership and remote management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of data centre facilities across APAC.
• Lead a team of seven and coordinate with design, operations, commissioning and construction.
• Participate in design reviews and assess operations holistically from an electrical perspective.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage product and vendor selection and define maintenance and operating strategies.
• Ensure best-in-class design and delivery to support onsite FM and operations teams.
