Qualifications

• 5 years of B2B client-facing program experience.
• Experience with technology or business change projects.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customer executives and understand business needs.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance tools and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs, ensuring clear, regularly reviewed plans.
• Own the onboarding lifecycle with a completed risk register and a 1-year roadmap.
• Maintain a high client NPS by delivering exceptional service.
• Provide transparent progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Document all program processes, decisions, and changes.
• Own and improve delivery team processes for value and quality.
• Lead SMEs to drive outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to stay aligned with objectives.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
