Job summary

Uber is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for Courier Pricing in APAC. You will own end-to-end pricing projects, build pricing models, and partner with Engineering, Policy and Safety to roll out pricing products and incentives across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with country pricing teams, focus on demand-supply forecasting, and balance investments with consumer experience to drive growth for earners, consumers, and merchants in a dynamic marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, pricing, analytics or consulting.
• Experience with complex data sets using Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus; AI tooling for data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic courier pricing projects: own cross-market projects end to end, frame the problem, build the analysis, land the recommendation with leadership, and execute with country pricing owners.
• Pricing models & forecasting: build and improve models for pricing decisions, including demand/supply forecasts.
• Partner with Engineering, Policy and Safety teams on the design and launch of new courier pricing products and incentive constructs.
• Scale supply: work with Delivery Person acquisition teams to ensure adequate supply where needed, balancing demand and availability.
• Assess spend vs. experience tradeoffs with local Finance and Marketplace teams.
