Job summary

Wood is seeking a Regional Head of Contracts - APAC to lead the regional contracts team and provide strategic guidance across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will manage contract review workloads, advise stakeholders, and drive best practice contract management while minimising risk.

You will partner with Heads of Contracts and regional leadership, lead professionals across multiple locations, and work on complex client agreements, framework arrangements, and risk mitigations within Wood's

Qualifications

• Degree required in one of: Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business.
• Experience leading contract reviews and drafting in engineering/ construction.
• Proven track record in managing complex client contracts and JVs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional contracts team across APAC and drive contract reviews per policy.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual matters and risk balance.
• Negotiate and set up JVs, MOUs, and consortium agreements.
• Develop and implement contracting policies and governance.
• Support commercial handovers and input into Tender Governance.
