Job summary

Wood seeks a Regional Head of Contracts - APAC to lead a diverse contracts team across Asia Pacific, driving contract review, governance and risk management for a wide portfolio of projects. You will set strategies, mentor regional staff and align contracting with Wood policies to support safe, compliant delivery.

You will influence commercial decisions, oversee JV arrangements, and advance a CLM program while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple locations and business

Qualifications

Experience leading a multi‑location contracts team across APAC or international regions.
Expert understanding of contract terms, drafting, and policy rollout in engineering/construction.
Demonstrable track record in contract review, negotiation and risk management for large industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Contracts team and coordinate priorities to support business units.
Oversee client contract reviews and ensure compliance with contracting policy.
Provide guidance on negotiation strategies, terms and conditions across projects.
Manage JV/partnering agreements and ensure timely commercial deliverables.
