Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the HR Director across APAC. You will provide HR business partnering, employee relations, workforce planning and talent management, helping shape a newly created regional role that informs Woolpert’s growth strategy.

You will advise leaders on workforce planning, remuneration, policy changes and employment matters, while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to align recruitment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including generalist or business partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Strong HR partnering, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and multi-jurisdictional priorities.
• Discretion, integrity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies and initiatives across APAC.
• Lead employee relations, investigations and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Support workforce planning, capability and succession planning, and organisation design.
• Advise on remuneration reviews, position evaluation and employment policy changes.
• Analyse workforce data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support HR systems, data quality and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activity.
