WOODplc seeks a Regional Head of Contracts - APAC to lead contract negotiations and governance across Asia Pacific. You will manage a regional team, guide stakeholders on contract terms, and drive risk-aware commercial decisions for a broad project portfolio.

You will oversee T&Cs, contract input into tender processes, and develop JV and partnering agreements while championing CLM improvements and the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Competenze

• Line management experience of a team located across multiple international locations.
• Contract & Commercial experience in engineering and construction projects including oil & gas, mining, power, infrastructure.
• Proven contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a service company environment.
• Experience with JV, MOUs, bidding and consortium agreements.
• Extensive knowledge of standard contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, JCT, LOGIC or regional equivalents).

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations and development of the regional Contracts team.
• Oversee client contract reviews in line with Wood's contracting policy.
• Provide guidance on client contracting and negotiation strategies.
• Ensure input into Tender Governance Process and proposals.
• Support establishment and administration of JVs and partnering agreements.
• Advance Contract Lifecycle Management and explore AI legal tools.
• Ensure policies are understood and applied within assigned businesses.
