Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior regional communications lead to build and protect our reputation across APAC, including India, Singapore, Japan, and Australia. You will shape how we are understood and run campaigns that demonstrate our value in major markets while ensuring alignment between global and regional teams.

You’ll shape positioning, turn global news into local stories, and create authentic local moments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing communications across APAC markets.
• Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications.
• Track record of pitching stories and handling corporate issues.
• Firm grasp of political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape in APAC.
• Ability to design unusually creative comms campaigns across channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with nascent operating models.

Responsibilities

• Build and protect ElevenLabs' reputation across the APAC region.
• Design and run creative, high-engagement campaigns across media, social, and events.
• Shape the regional narrative by turning global news into local stories.
• Spot reputational risks early and mitigate them.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and events organizers.
• Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, policy, legal and deployment teams to support global expansion.
• Define operating model for APAC comms and manage agencies as needed.
