TP ICAP is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to drive global and APAC internal campaigns within Corporate Affairs. The role blends writing, digital storytelling and stakeholder engagement to translate business priorities into engaging communications for employees.

Based in Australia, Sydney, the role sits within the People team and offers a hands-on, delivery-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to social media and external communications aligned to Group priorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills adaptable to intranet, email, video and social formats.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with digital channels: Workvivo, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe, Microsoft tools.
• Proven track record creating internal comms strategies linked to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and edit content for diverse internal channels.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop internal comms strategies.
• Drive two-way engagement and measure impact of campaigns.
• Coach marketing and comms teams on best practices and branding.
• Create video content with clear deliverables and outcomes.
• Support external comms aligned to Group priorities when needed.
