Procore Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, APAC to lead campaign strategy and execution for APAC, spanning new logo acquisition and installed base. You’ll partner with Sales, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success and Product Marketing to turn demand into revenue and grow existing relationships.

You will own the combined pipeline and ARR targets, plan full-funnel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars and events, and adapt global content for local markets while

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation.
• Experience across acquisition and installed-base marketing, including expansion, cross-sell or lifecycle programmes.
• A revenue-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and campaign measurement knowledge.
• Strong partnership skills with Sales, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success and regional marketing colleagues.
• Experience in regional or global marketing, adapting content for local markets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Tableau.
• Solid understanding of AI platforms and workflows, with hands-on experience building agents/workflows.
• Curiosity, results-driven, with awareness of privacy and consent requirements across APAC markets.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunity across ANZ and APAC using TAM, segment data, product usage signals and pipeline analytics.
• Own the combined new logo and expansion pipeline and ARR targets, plan targets and investment mix with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps.
• Plan and run full-funnel campaigns for new logo demand across paid media, digital, email, webinars and outbound.
• Run expansion and cross-sell campaigns for the installed base with CS, Account Management and Product Marketing.
• Coordinate with SEs, SDRs and Sales on coordinated plays, and align with Field Marketing and other regional roles.
• Adapt global COE campaigns for local markets while respecting consent and data rules.
• Run structured experiments across offers, channels, audiences and messaging; report ROI and document playbooks.
• Lead with AI by building agents/workflows for audience analysis, campaign localization and measurement.
