Job summary

cbs APAC in Australia is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, transformation and rollout projects for Australian clients, working with functional consultants, technical teams and key stakeholders. You will define objectives, manage scope and budgets, and ensure delivery within time and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of project management experience in SAP implementations.
• Strong leadership of SAP S/4HANA initiatives from initiation to go-live.
• Knowledge of SAP lifecycles: design, config, integration, data migration, cutover.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets and milestones.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation and rollout projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Define objectives with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams and external partners.
• Oversee design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and support.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and progress reporting.
• Ensure communication across Australian, APAC and global teams.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigations.
• Drive delivery excellence and governance compliance.
• Support pre-sales activities and proposals when required.
