Job summary

Bapcor is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager to lead transformation across Shared Services, focusing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will guide a team and partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to redesign processes and implement automation.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded continuous improvement professional with detail focus.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation or process excellence initiatives.
• End-to-end process analysis and re-engineering capability.
• Experience delivering digital automation and finance technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AP and AR transformation roadmap.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end AP/AR processes for efficiency and controls.
• Lead automation initiatives (RPA, OCR, e-invoicing) and system enhancements.
• Manage projects end-to-end from discovery to benefits realisation.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for AP/AR and Credit leadership.
• Strengthen financial controls and data quality with stakeholders.
