  • Partner with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, improve data quality and address audit findings.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring new processes, systems and ways of working are understood, adopted and embedded.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of five, building capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and customer service.

  • Strong analytical capability and experience using data and KPIs to identify and measure improvements.
  • Proven project and change management capability.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Finance, Technology and Operations.
Highly Regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
