Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Clinical Lead (CNC Gde 2) for Alcohol & Other Drugs in Moruya. The role focuses on high-level nursing leadership, education delivery, and implementation of evidence-based AOD practices within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will provide expert guidance, develop clinical policies, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, with occasional travel as needed and mandatory AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 5+ years full-time equivalent postgrad experience in AOD.
• Postgraduate qualification in Alcohol & Other Drugs (or enrolment in course).

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant advice, education and support to AOD clinicians and other health professionals.
• Develop, implement, present and evaluate education, clinical procedures and policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in the AOD specialty.
• Travel as required with a valid driver's licence.
