Northern NSW Local Health District in Ballina is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to deliver Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services within a high‑quality, client‑centred care framework.

The role focuses on assessment, planning, intervention and ongoing evaluation, supporting patients accessing AOD services and contributing to a strong, rights-based approach to care. This is a permanent full‑time position with outreach duties.

Responsabilités

• Provide and maintain a high standard of individualized client care through development, implementation and evaluation of AOD services.
• Contribute to outreach delivery across Ballina, Maclean, Evans Head and Lismore.
• Work in an inclusive, strengths-based team to support people seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use.
