The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in Brisbane is seeking an Advisor (Document Control) to support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project and ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of project documentation.
You will manage document workflows, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and train project team members on document control procedures across InEight TeamBinder, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Content Manager.

Queensland's passenger rail network is undergoing significant transformation, with major infrastructure investment planned to support population growth and future transport demands.
The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project forms a key part of this investment. The $5.75 billion project will deliver extensive track upgrades, eight new train stations, five level crossing removals, park 'n' ride upgrades and new active travel pathways across a 20km corridor.

Reporting to the Project Controls Office Manager, you will join the Project Document Control team and support the successful delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project. As Advisor (Document Control), you will help ensure the accuracy, quality and integrity of project documentation while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and internal procedures.

You will be a well-organised document control professional who can confidently manage high volumes of information within a fast-paced project environment.
Previous experience using InEight Document (TeamBinder) is mandatory.
Experience working within a major project environment will be highly regarded. You will bring a strong understanding of document management processes, quality control and governance, together with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of project stakeholders.
You will also demonstrate the ability to build enduring relationships, drive accountability and outcomes, contribute strategically and maintain sound governance.
