Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sydney-based Recruiter to lead ANZ recruitment, primarily in Sales and Sales Development. You will manage full lifecycle hiring, build robust pipelines, and partner with hiring managers on workforce planning. This is an hybrid role reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, International.

You will drive multi-channel sourcing, use market intelligence and ATS tools, and ensure an engaging candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience in the ANZ market.
• Experience hiring for Sales and Sales Development roles within tech or software.
• Experience using LinkedIn Insights and modern ATS platforms.
• Experience with advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, mapping, direct outreach) for high-volume and niche roles.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle hiring for ANZ roles (sales and sales development) with talent-strategy alignment.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing to build diverse pipelines of active and passive talent.
• Utilize market intel and recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Maintain high-touch candidate communication from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Collaborate with the People team to refine TA workflows for speed, consistency, and equity.
