Job summary

Teads Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic Growth Advisor to support ANZ publishers, driving yield optimization and revenue growth. You will partner with Business Development, Product, and R&D to unlock value and manage seamless integrations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, ANZ, you will own the partner lifecycle from pre-sales consultations to onboarding and retention, with a focus on measurement and proactive optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of client-facing experience within Ad Tech, digital media, SSPs, ad operations, or digital publisher environments in ANZ.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic web ecosystem (SSPs/DSPs, Header Bidding, Prebid.js) and core web tools.
• Analytical ability with proficiency in Excel to interpret yield trends and provide commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute data-driven optimization strategies to maximize yield and platform performance for publisher properties.
• Drive account retention, upsell new ad formats, and introduce platform features to exceed revenue targets.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and translate metrics into executive presentations.
• Partner with Business Development during pitches as the technical advisor and onboarding lead.
• Oversee end-to-end technical setups, ad tag implementations, and partner onboarding.
• Track impressions, fill rates, eCPMs, and pacing; troubleshoot delivery or technical issues.
• Maintain relationships with publishers and cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption.
• Use Salesforce to report on optimization pipelines and account health.
