Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead strategic ANZ client success and drive platform adoption, working across regional and global teams in a high-impact role.

You will manage executive relationships with C-level and VP stakeholders, coordinate with Delivery, Technology, and Product teams, and ensure alignment with ANZ market needs while supporting Go-Live objectives and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Strategic Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic success with top ANZ clients to maximise platform adoption and business outcomes.
• Triage defects, manage incidents, and coordinate escalation with Tech & Product teams to meet go-live milestones.
• Localise global product feedback to ANZ requirements and represent ANZ in global product discussions.
• Own end-to-end change requests and major incident lifecycle for clients, with clear communication of status and risks.
