Job summary
Pettit Pharma & Device Search Pty Ltd is recruiting an accomplished senior leader to oversee the ANZ region for a high-growth international healthcare organisation. You will shape strategy, lead commercial performance, engage customers and drive organisational development with significant autonomy.
The role requires extensive life sciences leadership, a proven track record turning over AUD 50M+, and the ability to build high-performing teams across Finance, HR, Regulatory and Commercial
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience within life sciences (medtech/pharmaceuticals).
- Current or recent roles leading a business turning over AUD $50M+ and holding Country Manager, GM, Managing Director or CEO positions.
- Experience leading national, regional or multi-functional commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic direction and commercial plan for ANZ.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth while focusing on profitability and operational performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing ANZ leadership team across Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial Operations.
